Request to Speak at Committee of Adjustment

Due to the nature of an electronic meeting, members of the public wishing to provide input regarding an agenda item must preregister by filling out this form. **Information must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Committee of Adjustment Meeting.** Planning Staff will provide confirmation or acknowledgement and further meeting instructions.
