Tax Certificate Request

This request form is available to tax certificate requests in which payment can be made over the phone via credit card.

If you are unable to pay via credit card over the phone, please email your written request letter to propertytaxes@newtecumseth.ca, and forward payment to our office, located at 24 Tupper Street West, Alliston, ON, L9R 1H2.

Tax certificates are available by request for purchase at a fee of $61.00, and are issued 5 business days after request and payment are received.

If you require a tax certificate earlier than 5 business days, a rush certificate can be purchased at a fee of $114.00, and are issued within 1 business day of request and payment being received.
