Utility accounts must remain in the property owners name(s). We do not create accounts for tenants.

We require a minimum of 10 business days notice prior to your closing date to schedule a meter reading.

There will be a one-time Account Activation fee applied to your first utility bill in accordance with our Fees and Charges By-Law.
