Do you own a property in New Tecumseth in which you need to have your mail forwarded to another address? If your primary address is located elsewhere, let us know and we can mail your bills to you! 

*Please note that this form is applicable only if you need to have your mail forwarded to another primary address. If you have sold your property and are moving and need to provide a forwarding address for your final billing, please complete our Utility Account Closure Form.

• A change in mailing address is applicable to both tax and utility accounts (if applicable) for each property address indicated. 
• Requests are processed within 10 business days of submission.
• If you own more than one property in New Tecumseth which your request pertains to, please include all addresses.
• If you reside in a country outside of Canada, please sign up for paperless billing to receive your bills and notices via email.
• If no effective date of change is provided, your forwarding address will be updated upon submission of this form.
